First Course

Fig & Goat Cheese Bruschetta 

Toasted bruschetta layered with creamy goat cheese and sweet figs, finished with a delicate drizzle of balsamic glaze. 

Second Course

Chopped Wedge Salad 

A crisp, refreshing wedge-style salad tossed with feta, dried cranberries, almonds, crispy pancetta, and fried shallots, finished with a vibrant Green Goddess dressing. 

Third Course

The Signature Duo 

A perfectly prepared USDA Prime filet mignon paired with pan-seared Atlantic salmon, accompanied by a crispy Gouda potato cake and tender haricots verts almondine, finished with a luxurious creamy truffle sauce. 

Fourth Course

Chocolate Mousse Cake 

A decadent chocolate mousse cake paired with silky white chocolate mascarpone cream and a bright local peach coulis, finished with fresh mint.
